My Little Kitchen Cookery School and Catering Company is owned and operated by husband and wife team Phillip and Nuala Ford.
Phillip and Nuala previously lived in Sydney, Australia and between them they have over 25 years combined experience in catering and hospitality. Phillip is a qualified chef and his passion for stylish and sleek food that embraces Mediterranean and Asian influences is evident in the type of classes on offer at the Cookery School and the type of food produced by the Catering Company.
COOKERY SCHOOL
My Little Kitchen Cookery School is one of a kind in County Derry; in fact its the only Cookery School in the North West area of Northern Ireland.
It is located on a secluded farm in Greysteel (just 10 minutes from Derry City) with breathtaking views of the Lough Foyle and the hills of Donegal. My Little Kitchen Cookery School offers fun and experimental classes in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
Whether you are an aspiring chef or a culinary novice, there is a class to suit everyone. We currently offer evening classes, one day classes and demonstrations with themes such as Spicy Suppers, Dinner Parties with a Difference, Italian Feasts, Tapas, Sweet Sensations and Sizzling Summer BBQ's.
